Queen Hatshepsut (left) was the fifth pharaoh of the Eighteenth dynasty of Ancient Egypt and she was the first great woman in recorded history: the forerunner of such figures as Cleopatra, Catherine the Great and Elizabeth I. He was born on c. 1508 BC. Her father's name was Thutmose I and mother's name was Ahmose.
